欢迎使用 Overhear 呓语（以下简称"本应用"或"我们"）。使用本应用，即表示您同意以下服务条款。请在注册或使用前仔细阅读。
1. 服务说明
Overhear 呓语是一款匿名语音故事分享平台，提供以下核心功能：
- 录制并上传语音故事（最长 10 分钟）
- AI 自动提炼故事精华与生成标签
- 多语言自动翻译（中文简繁、英语、日语、韩语）
- 浏览、聆听、点赞、评论他人故事
- 故事可见性管理（公开 / 仅自己可见）
- Pro 订阅：解锁完整聆听权限及高级功能
2. 账户与注册
- 您须年满 17 岁方可使用本应用
- 您须提供真实有效的注册信息
- 您对账户安全负责，不得将账户转让或共享
- 发现账户被未授权使用，请立即联系我们
- 我们保留因违规行为暂停或注销账户的权利
3. 用户内容与行为规范
3.1 您的内容所有权
您上传的语音内容归您本人所有。您授予 Overhear 在平台内展示、翻译和分发该内容的非独家许可，以向其他用户提供服务。
3.2 禁止内容
- 涉及未成年人的性内容或任何性剥削内容
- 煽动暴力、仇恨或歧视性言论（基于种族、性别、宗教、国籍等）
- 骚扰、威胁、人肉搜索他人
- 传播虚假信息、谣言或恶意误导性内容
- 未经许可分享他人隐私信息
- 侵犯他人著作权、商标权或其他知识产权
- 发布广告、垃圾信息或恶意链接
- 使用自动化工具批量操作（刷量、刷评论等）
3.3 内容审核
我们采用 AI 辅助 + 人工审核机制。提交后，内容需经过审核（通常数分钟内完成），审核通过后方可公开展示。
4. 隐私与匿名
我们致力于保护您的匿名性，但请注意：
- 您在语音或文字中主动透露的个人信息，其他用户可能听到或看到
- 如法律程序要求，我们可能需要配合执法机关提供相关信息
- 匿名不等于免责，用户仍须遵守本条款及适用法律

5. Pro 订阅服务
- Pro 订阅通过 Apple App Store 处理，订阅周期及价格以 App Store 页面为准
- 订阅自动续费，可在 Apple ID 设置中随时取消
- 取消后，当前订阅周期内仍可使用 Pro 功能
- 我们不提供退款，退款事宜请通过 Apple App Store 申请
- 我们保留调整订阅价格的权利，变动前将提前通知
6. 知识产权
本应用的界面设计、Logo、AI 系统、代码等均属 Overhear 的知识产权，未经书面授权不得复制、修改或商业使用。
7. 免责声明
- 本应用按"现状"提供服务，不对服务连续性或完整性作出保证
- 用户发布的内容代表其个人观点，不代表 Overhear 立场
- 因不可抗力、第三方服务中断等导致的损失，我们不承担责任
- 您对使用本应用的行为及后果负全部责任
8. 服务变更与终止
- 我们可能随时更新、调整或终止部分功能
- 重大变更将提前通知用户
- 我们保留因违规行为终止用户访问权限的权利，无需事先通知
9. 争议解决
本条款受中华民国（台湾）法律管辖，不考虑其法律冲突原则。如发生争议，双方应首先协商解决；协商不成，以台湾台中地方法院为第一审管辖法院。
10. 条款变更
我们可能不时修改本条款。重大变更将通过应用内通知提前告知。继续使用本应用即视为接受更新后的条款。

2. 帳戶與註冊

- 我們保留因違規行為暫停或註銷帳戶的權利
3. 使用者內容與行為規範
3.1 您的內容所有權
您上傳的語音內容歸您本人所有。您授予 Overhear 在平台內展示、翻譯與散布該內容的非獨家授權，以向其他使用者提供服務。
3.2 禁止內容
- 涉及未成年人的性內容或任何性剝削內容
- 煽動暴力、仇恨或歧視性言論（基於種族、性別、宗教、國籍等）
- 騷擾、威脅、人肉搜索他人
- 散布不實資訊、謠言或惡意誤導性內容
- 未經許可分享他人隱私資訊
- 侵犯他人著作權、商標權或其他智慧財產權
- 發布廣告、垃圾訊息或惡意連結
- 使用自動化工具批次操作（刷量、刷留言等）
3.3 內容審核
我們採用 AI 輔助 + 人工審核機制。提交後，內容需經過審核（通常數分鐘內完成），審核通過後方可公開展示。
4. 隱私與匿名
我們致力於保護您的匿名性，但請注意：

Welcome to Overhear ("the app," "we," or "us"). By using Overhear, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before registering or using the app.
1. Service Description
Overhear is an anonymous voice story sharing platform offering:
- Record and upload voice stories (up to 10 minutes)
- AI-powered story highlight extraction and tag generation
- Automatic multi-language translation (Simplified & Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean)
- Browse, listen to, like, and comment on others' stories
- Story visibility controls (public / private)
- Pro subscription: unlock full listening access and premium features
2. Account & Registration
- You must be 17 years or older to use the app
- You must provide accurate registration information
- You are responsible for your account security; do not share or transfer your account
- Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations
3. User Content & Conduct
3.1 Your Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the voice content you upload. By uploading, you grant Overhear a non-exclusive license to display, translate, and distribute the content within the platform to provide services to other users.
3.2 Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and account termination:
- Sexual content involving minors or any form of child exploitation
- Content inciting violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, etc.
- Harassment, threats, or doxxing of individuals
- Misinformation, false rumors, or deliberately misleading content
- Sharing others' private information without consent
- Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- Spam, advertisements, or malicious links
- Automated tools for bulk operations (bots, fake engagement, etc.)
3.3 Content Moderation
We use AI-assisted and human review. After submission, content goes through review (typically within minutes) before being publicly visible.
4. Privacy & Anonymity
We are committed to protecting your anonymity, but please note:
- Personal information you voluntarily share in your voice or text content may be heard or seen by other users
- We may be required to cooperate with law enforcement if legally compelled
- Anonymity does not exempt users from these terms or applicable law

5. Pro Subscription
- Pro subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store; pricing and billing cycles are as shown on the App Store page
- Subscriptions auto-renew; cancel anytime in Apple ID Settings
- Pro features remain available for the remainder of the current billing period after cancellation
- We do not issue refunds directly; please request refunds through the Apple App Store
- We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice
6. Intellectual Property
The app's UI design, logo, AI systems, and code are the intellectual property of Overhear. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial use is prohibited.
7. Disclaimers
- The app is provided "as is" without warranties of continuity or completeness
- User-generated content represents individual views, not those of Overhear
- We are not liable for losses due to force majeure or third-party service interruptions
- You are solely responsible for your actions and their consequences when using the app
8. Service Changes & Termination
- We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time
- Material changes will be communicated in advance
- We reserve the right to terminate user access for violations without prior notice
9. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through negotiation; failing that, the Taiwan Taichung District Court shall have jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
