Echo Journal（以下简称"我们"）非常重视您的隐私。本隐私政策说明我们在您使用 Echo Journal 应用（以下简称"本应用"）时如何收集、使用、存储和保护您的个人信息。

2. 信息的使用方式

AI 情绪分析：您的语音录音通过我们的后端服务器（Supabase Edge Function）发送至 Google Gemini API 进行转录和情绪分析。我们不会将原始音频直接发送给第三方。
服务改善：匿名的使用数据帮助我们改善产品体验。
订阅管理：通过 RevenueCat 处理订阅相关的购买验证。

重要声明：我们绝不会将您的个人数据用于广告目的，也不会将其出售给任何第三方。

4. 数据存储与安全

所有数据通过 HTTPS 加密传输。
用户数据存储在 Supabase 托管的 PostgreSQL 数据库中，启用了行级安全策略（RLS），确保用户只能访问自己的数据。
语音文件存储在 Supabase Storage 中，受访问控制策略保护。
第三方 API 密钥存储在服务器端，不会暴露在客户端代码中。

5. 共振社区（匿名内容）

当您选择在共振社区分享内容时：

分享的内容会被匿名化处理，其他用户无法看到您的身份信息。
您可以随时删除自己发布的内容。
删除账号时，所有社区内容将一并删除。

6. 您的权利

6.1 账号删除

您可以随时在应用内删除账号：设置 → 删除账号

立即删除：账号和所有数据将立即被永久删除。
计划删除：提供 7 天冷静期，期间可随时取消。到期后数据将被永久删除。

删除的数据包括：账号信息、所有语音日记、AI 洞察记录、语音文件、社区内容。

6.2 数据导出

如需导出您的数据，请通过以下邮箱联系我们。

7. 儿童隐私

本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童。我们不会故意收集 13 岁以下儿童的个人信息。如果您发现有儿童向我们提供了个人信息，请联系我们，我们将立即删除相关数据。

8. AI 功能声明

本应用使用 AI 技术（Google Gemini）对您的语音日记进行转录和情绪分析。请注意：

AI 生成的洞察仅供参考，不构成专业心理咨询或医疗建议。
如果您正在经历心理危机，请拨打专业援助热线（中国：400-161-9995）。
AI 分析结果可能不完全准确，请结合自身感受理解。

9. 隐私政策变更

我们可能会不时更新本隐私政策。重大变更时，我们将通过应用内通知告知您。继续使用本应用即表示您同意更新后的隐私政策。

Echo Journal ("we", "us", "our") takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Echo Journal application ("the App").

2. How We Use Your Information

AI Emotional Analysis: Your voice recordings are sent through our backend server (Supabase Edge Function) to the Google Gemini API for transcription and emotional analysis. We do not send raw audio directly to third parties.
Service Improvement: Anonymized usage data helps us improve the product experience.
Subscription Management: Purchase verification is handled through RevenueCat.

Important: We will never use your personal data for advertising purposes or sell it to any third party.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is transmitted via HTTPS encryption.
User data is stored in Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL with Row Level Security (RLS), ensuring users can only access their own data.
Voice files are stored in Supabase Storage, protected by access control policies.
Third-party API keys are stored server-side and never exposed in client code.

5. Resonance Community (Anonymous Content)

When you share content in the Resonance community:

Shared content is anonymized; other users cannot see your identity.
You can delete your published content at any time.
All community content is deleted when you delete your account.

6. Your Rights

6.1 Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time within the App: Settings → Delete Account

Immediate deletion: Your account and all data are permanently deleted immediately.
Scheduled deletion: A 7-day grace period during which you can cancel. After expiration, data is permanently deleted.

Deleted data includes: account information, all voice journals, AI insights, voice files, and community content.

6.2 Data Export

To export your data, please contact us via the email below.

7. Children's Privacy

This App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. AI Disclosure

This App uses AI technology (Google Gemini) to transcribe and analyze your voice journals. Please note:

AI-generated insights are for reference only and do not constitute professional psychological counseling or medical advice.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call a professional helpline (e.g., 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the US).
AI analysis results may not be fully accurate; please interpret them in context of your own feelings.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you through in-app notifications. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
