Overhear 呓语（以下简称"我们"）非常重视用户的隐私。本政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储和保护您的个人信息。请在使用本应用前仔细阅读。本服务由 GCDM Limited 运营（注册地址：11F-1, No. 631, Sec. 1, Chongde Rd., Taichung City 404511, Taiwan (R.O.C.)）。
1. 我们收集的信息
1.1 您主动提供的信息
- 账户信息：注册时使用的邮箱地址或第三方登录标识（Apple ID、Google 账号）
- 个人资料：您设置的匿名昵称和头像（表情符号）
- 语音内容：您录制并上传的语音故事音频文件
- 互动内容：您发表的评论、点赞、收藏等
1.2 自动收集的信息
- 设备信息：设备类型、操作系统版本、唯一设备标识符
- 使用数据：功能使用频率、页面浏览记录（用于改善用户体验）
- 崩溃报告：应用崩溃时的错误日志（不含个人内容）
- 语言和地区：设备语言设置，用于 AI 翻译服务匹配
1.3 AI 处理产生的数据
您上传的语音内容会经过以下 AI 处理，处理结果与原始音频一同存储：
- 语音转文字（全文转录）
- AI 提炼的故事精华片段（高光内容）
- 自动生成的故事标签
- 多语言翻译版本（中文简繁、英语、日语、韩语）

3. 匿名性声明
Overhear 以匿名为核心设计原则。
您的昵称与真实身份之间没有强制关联。我们不会在您的故事内容中展示您的真实姓名、头像照片或联系方式。但请注意：若您在语音或文字内容中主动透露个人信息，该信息将对其他用户可见。
4. 信息共享
我们不会出售您的个人信息。我们仅在以下情况下共享数据：
- AI 服务提供商：语音处理使用 Google Gemini API，仅用于转录与分析，不用于训练第三方模型
- 云基础设施：数据存储于 Supabase（基于 AWS），遵循行业标准安全协议
- 支付处理：订阅通过 Apple App Store 处理，我们不直接接触支付信息
- 法律要求：依法律程序或保护用户安全时，可能向有关机构披露必要信息
5. 数据存储与安全
- 数据存储于受保护的云服务器，使用行级安全（RLS）隔离用户数据
- 音频文件存储于加密的对象存储中，访问需经身份验证
- 传输过程全程 HTTPS 加密
- 我们定期审查访问权限，最小化数据暴露面
6. 您的权利
您随时可以：
- 删除内容：在 App 内删除您发布的任何故事
- 修改可见性：将故事设为仅自己可见（私密模式）
- 注销账户：在"个人中心 → 设置"中申请永久删除账户及所有数据
- 数据导出：联系我们申请导出您的数据副本
- 撤回同意：随时停止使用本应用
7. 未成年人
本应用面向 17 岁及以上用户（因内容包含成人情感主题）。我们不会故意收集未成年人的个人信息。若发现未成年人使用，我们将立即删除相关账户。
8. 数据保留
- 账户注销后，个人信息将在 30 天内永久删除
- 匿名化的使用统计数据可能长期保留用于产品分析
- 如法律要求，部分数据可能需要保留更长时间
9. 第三方链接
本应用可能包含指向第三方网站的链接。我们对这些网站的隐私实践不负责任，建议您查阅其各自的隐私政策。
10. 政策变更
我们可能不时更新本隐私政策。重大变更将通过应用内通知或邮件提前告知。继续使用本应用即视为接受更新后的政策。
11. 适用法律
本隐私政策受中华民国（台湾）法律管辖。与本服务相关的争议以台湾台中地方法院为第一审管辖法院。

Overhear ("we," "our," or "us") takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Overhear app. This service is operated by GCDM Limited (registered address: 11F-1, No. 631, Sec. 1, Chongde Rd., Taichung City 404511, Taiwan (R.O.C.)).
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account information: Email address or third-party login (Apple ID, Google Account)
- Profile: Anonymous display name and avatar (emoji)
- Voice content: Audio recordings you upload as stories
- Interactions: Comments, likes, saves, and other engagements
1.2 Automatically Collected
- Device data: Device type, OS version, unique device identifiers
- Usage analytics: Feature usage, screen views (for product improvement)
- Crash reports: Error logs when the app crashes (no personal content)
- Language & region: Device language settings for AI translation matching
1.3 AI-Processed Data
Voice content you upload is processed by AI, and the following outputs are stored alongside your audio:
- Full speech-to-text transcript
- AI-extracted story highlights
- Auto-generated story tags
- Multi-language translations (Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean)

3. Anonymity
Overhear is built around anonymity.
Your display name is not linked to your real identity. We do not display your real name, profile photo, or contact details on your stories. However, if you voluntarily share personal information within your voice or text content, that information will be visible to other users.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data in these circumstances:
- AI service providers: Voice processing uses Google Gemini API for transcription and analysis only; it is not used to train third-party models
- Cloud infrastructure: Data is hosted on Supabase (AWS-backed) with industry-standard security
- Payment processing: Subscriptions are processed via Apple App Store; we do not receive your payment details
- Legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect user safety
5. Data Storage & Security
- Data is stored on secured cloud servers with row-level security (RLS) isolating user data
- Audio files are stored in encrypted object storage with authenticated access
- All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS
- We periodically review access controls to minimize exposure
6. Your Rights
You may at any time:
- Delete content: Remove any story you've published from within the app
- Change visibility: Set stories to private (visible only to you)
- Delete your account: Request permanent deletion of your account and all data via Profile → Settings
- Export your data: Contact us to request a copy of your data
- Withdraw consent: Stop using the app at any time
7. Age Restriction
Overhear is intended for users 17 years and older (due to mature emotional content themes). We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover a minor is using the app, we will promptly delete their account.
8. Data Retention
- Personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion
- Anonymized analytics may be retained for product improvement
- Some data may be retained longer if required by law
9. Third-Party Links
The app may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and recommend reviewing their respective policies.
10. Policy Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or email in advance. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
11. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taichung District Court as the court of first instance.
